Diane is the Paralegal and Case Manager of our firm. Working with attorney Richard since 1993, she has extensive experience in the areas of auto accidents, other personal injury and wrongful death claims. Originally from Wisconsin, she came to Naples in 1988.

As the Case Manager, Diane handles all aspects of personal injury claims from start to finish, including client intake, communication with clients; review of medical records, billing, drafting demands and disbursement summaries, communicating with medical providers and insurance companies, drafting court pleadings, scheduling court appearances, depositions, and mediations.

Diane’s husband, Tim, holds a Doctorate Degree in Education and teaches graduate and undergraduate classes at NOVA Southeastern University. They have three grown children and two grandsons. Diane loves crafts of all types; and enjoys walking, bike riding, gardening and all outdoor activities, and adores their Yorkie, Dylan.
