Mr. DeMarco is one of the partners at Treiser & Collins, Attorneys at Law. In 1981, Mr. DeMarco received a B.A. degree in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac College, Summa Cum Laude, and in 1984 received a Juris Doctorate from University of Bridgeport School of Law (now Quinnipiac University School of Law). He was first admitted to the practice of law in the State of Connecticut in 1984, where he managed his own law firm, before moving to Naples in 2006. He joined Treiser and Collins after being admitted to practice in Florida in 2007.

Mr. DeMarco has extensive litigation experience in the areas of:

•Personal Injury
•Foreclosures of mortgage and construction liens (commercial and residential), including real property valuation and deficiency judgments;
•Commercial Landlord/Tenant matters, negotiation of lease renewals and new leases (both new and existing construction) and dispute resolution/litigation;
•Bankruptcy;
•Real Estate litigation, such as contract claims, boundary disputes and survey matters, claims of easements, adverse possession, and title claims;
•Construction litigation and dispute resolution, representing both contractors and owners;
•General business and commercial litigation matters.

Mr. DeMarco is a senior litigation member of our practice group. He handles all aspects of the personal injury litigation process including pre-suit strategy, case filing, and trial.
