Richard M. Treiser, Esq.
Mr. Treiser is a founding partner of Treiser Collins, Attorneys at Law and heads the firm's personal injury practice group. He has been practicing law in Collier County, since 1981. Mr. Treiser graduated in 1975 from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, majoring in political science and minoring in accounting. In 1978 he earned his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Treiser has been in private practice since 1981. Before that he was a Deputy Municipal Attorney in Ketchikan, Alaska from 1979 to 1981, and a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court in Ketchikan, Alaska from 1978 to 1979. He has passed the Bar in Florida, Alaska, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has maintained his license to practice in Florida sine 1979. Mr. Treiser is a member of the Collier County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and is a past member of the American Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Treiser has been involved in professional activities including The Florida Bar Fee Arbitration Program and the Thomas Biggs Inns of Court. He has also volunteered with the Collier County Bar Association Mock Trial program; as a mentor to the Pine Ridge Middle School Debate Team; and an assistant Scout Master in Boy Scout Troop 2001.
